Beef and Green Pepper Stew

Sliced topside beef cooked for four hours in a slow cooker, with cubed courgette and one and a half green peppers. Plus one quarter cup of spelt grain (so this isn't a wheat-free recipe), and two vine tomatoes, chopped. A couple of chillies, plus two garlic cloves were added, beef stock, plus dashes of smoked paprika, black pepper, and one pinch of rosemary.
