Pork Stew with Kidney Beans


A meal from the freezer, originally cooked with carrots, onion, kidney beans and red lentils. Once defrosted, I added chopped green pepper, spring onion, some pork stock, and one shredded salad tomato. Simmered for twenty five minutes in the base of a steamer, with precooked baby potatoes in their skins above.
