Cod Fishcakes with Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms
Cod fishcakes cooked on the middle shelf of the oven for 18 minutes at 190 deg C. The mushrooms were fried in a skillet, and the sprouts were boiled for eight to ten minutes under glass.
