Flaked Salmon in Garlic and Black Bean sauce.

The fillet of salmon was originally poached, and allowed to cool. The skin was removed from the fillet, and the flesh was flaked. Afterwards put into a baking tin, and the garlic and black bean sauce was brushed over the flakes.Grilled for ten minutes till slightly crisp. Served with completely unsalted basmati rice.
