Bacon and Cucumber, Red Onion and a Potato and Carrot Salad Mash
A strip of fried streaky bacon, plus spiralised cucumber, potato and carrot mash prepared with an ice-cream scoop, and some sliced purple onion. Dressed in French's American mustard.
